What's included in the quote?
Your quote will clearly outline what's included, including sourcing, Australian compliance, Queensland registration, warranty and handover. Stamp duty and any interstate transfer requirements remain the buyer's responsibility.
I'm interstate — can you register it in my state?
We supply Queensland registration. Interstate buyers complete the transfer and any state-specific inspection or registration requirements in their home state.
What if I change my mind?
Special Orders involve significant financial commitments once sourcing begins. Cancellation after sourcing may result in costs or losses being recoverable under your signed agreement and applicable law. Any refund or retention is assessed in accordance with our Special Order Terms and Conditions. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
