At ToyotaCamroad.com.au, we want customers to feel comfortable and confident when securing a vehicle with us.

For that reason, all deposits paid to us are 100% fully refundable, for any reason whatsoever, unless separate written terms apply.

1. Fully Refundable Deposits

Any deposit paid to ToyotaCamroad.com.au to reserve, hold, or express interest in a vehicle is:

• 100% fully refundable 
• refundable at the customer’s request 
• not subject to any cancellation fee, administration fee, or penalty 
• refundable for any reason whatsoever 

This applies to deposits paid on vehicles including:

• current stock 
• on the boat / in transit vehicles 
• other standard dealership vehicle reservations 

2. No Obligation to Proceed

Paying a deposit does not force the customer to complete the purchase.

The customer may cancel their interest in the vehicle at any time before final settlement and delivery, and the deposit will be refunded in full.

3. Refund Request Process

If a customer wishes to cancel and request a refund of their deposit, they may do so by contacting us by phone, email, or in writing.

Once the refund request is received and confirmed, ToyotaCamroad.com.au will process the refund promptly.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will usually be returned using the same payment method used to pay the deposit, unless another method is agreed.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system, but we will act promptly once the refund request is made.

5. No Deductions

ToyotaCamroad.com.au will not deduct any amount from the deposit for:

• change of mind 
• cancellation      
• delay 
• inspection outcome 
• finance outcome 
• transport timing 
• compliance timing 
• registration timing 
• customer preference 
• or any other reason whatsoever 

6. Vehicle Availability

While we make every effort to keep vehicle availability accurate, a vehicle may become unavailable before a sale is completed. If that happens, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

7. Special Order Vehicles – Separate Terms Apply

This refundable deposit policy does not apply to Special Ordervehicles.

Special Order vehicles are subject to separate terms, including:

• full payment up front 
• no refund for change of mind 
• no refund if the customer is unable or unwilling to take delivery 
• if the customer cannot proceed, ToyotaCamroad.com.au may assist by selling the      vehicle on the customer’s behalf, in accordance with the applicable Special Order terms 

Customers considering a Special Order vehicle should read the Special Order terms and conditions carefully before proceeding.

 
8. Written Contract Terms

If a customer enters into a formal vehicle purchase contract or a separate Special Order agreement with ToyotaCamroad.com.au, the terms of that signed agreement will apply to the transaction from that point onward.

At ToyotaCamroad.com.au, our Special Order Program is designed for customers who want a late-model Toyota Camroad sourced to their requirements and professionally prepared for Australian delivery.

Because Special Order vehicles are sourced specifically for the customer, these terms are separate from our standard refundable deposit policy.

1. Separate Policy Applies

These Special Order Terms & Conditions apply to vehicles ordered through our Special Order Program.

They do notform part of our standard dealership deposit policy for current stock or on-the-boat vehicles.

2. Full Payment Required Up Front

Special Order vehicles are supplied on a full payment up-front basis.

Before sourcing commences, the customer must:

• complete the required paperwork, 
• sign the relevant order documents, and 
• provide cleared funds in full. 

Sourcing will not commence until the required documents are signed and full cleared funds are received. 

3. Special Order Vehicles Are Sourced to Customer Requirements

Special Order vehicles are sourced based on the customer’s requested year, layout, and key features, subject to availability and current import/compliance rules. 

Availability in Japan can vary, and not every requested vehicle or specification will necessarily be available at the time of sourcing. 

4. No Guarantee of Specific Unit or Delivery Date

Unless expressly agreed in writing, ToyotaCamroad.com.au does not guarantee:

• a specific unit, 
• a specific delivery date, 
• or a fixed timeframe. 

Availability varies, and timeframes are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing. We will communicate clearly and provide updates at key milestones during the process. 

5. Updates During the Process

Once sourcing has commenced, we will provide updates at key milestones, including where applicable:

• secured,      
• shipped,      
• arrived,      
• compliance,      
• and ready for handover. 

 
6. Inclusions

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a Special Order quote may include:

• sourcing/procurement of a Toyota Camroad to the agreed requirements, 
• compliance arranged for Australian use, subject to regulatory requirements, 
• Queensland registration terms, 
• warranty  details, 
• and handover support/documentation. 

Buyer-paid costs such as stamp duty, home-state transfer costs, inspections, and any state-specific requirements remain the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. 

7. Interstate Buyers

ToyotaCamroad.com.au supplies Queensland registration only.

Interstate buyers are responsible for completing any transfer, inspection, and state-specific requirements in their home state. 

8. Non-Refundable Payments

Because the vehicle is sourced specifically for the customer, all Special Order payments are non-refundable once sourcing commences, except where required by law. 

This includes change of mind, change in personal circumstances, finance issues, delay concerns, or inability or unwillingness to complete the transaction after sourcing has commenced.

9. If the Customer’s Situation Changes

If the customer’s situation changes after the vehicle has been sourced, purchased, and/or imported, the customer has the following options:

Option 1 — Take Delivery

The customer may proceed with the transaction, take delivery of the motorhome, and deal with the vehicle as they choose.

Option 2 — Sell the Vehicle Themselves

The customer may choose to complete the purchase and sell the vehicle independently.

Option 3 — Agency / Consignment Resale

ToyotaCamroad.com.au may assist through an agency resale / consignment pathway, under separate written paperwork and terms.

Any such resale arrangement will be documented separately and will set out the agency or consignment terms, selling process, fees or deductions if any, and settlement arrangements. The availability of this option is subject to separate agreement and completion of the required paperwork. This reflects the agency resale pathway referred to on the Special Order page and in the Private Order Pack. 

10. Delivery and Handover

Special Order vehicles are handed over from our Arundel, Gold Coast yard after the relevant preparation, compliance and Queensland registration steps have been completed, subject to regulatory requirements. Delivery may be arranged separately if agreed. 

 
11. Quotes and Pricing

Indicative pricing shown on the website is a guide only unless a fixed written quote is provided.

Pricing may vary depending on:

• model year, 
• kilometres,      
• grade/specification,      
• layout/features,      
• availability at time of sourcing, 
• and the required delivery/preparation standard. 

12. Delivered Standard

ToyotaCamroad.com.au’s Special Order Program is based on a delivered standard that emphasises:

• specialist selection, 
• verified condition and specification, 
• preparation standard, 
• transparent inclusions, 
• and post-delivery support. 

13. Entire Agreement / Written Terms

If ToyotaCamroad.com.au and the customer enter into a signed Special Order agreement, quote acceptance, private order pack, or other written contract, those signed written terms govern the transaction.

To the extent of any inconsistency, the signed written agreement will prevail over this webpage.
